On the My Verizon app for Call Forwarding, I used to click

”Account,” then click  the phone I wanted to forward, then click

”Manage Call Forwarding”

The screen would then display a box for me to enter the phone number I was forwarding to.

This box is now missing and, in its place, are FAQs on how to use Call Forwarding.

It now tells me that I have to forward my phone to another phone, with the phone being in my possession. I used to be able to accomplish this by using the My Verizon app.
