Caller ID issues:    an incoming call to my personal or business line often displays only an area code and phone number, but the caller’s identity or business name is not displayed. Why? I pay for the caller ID feature on my business line to display my business name to others on all my outgoing calls, but when I make a call from my business phone to my own personal line, my personal line does not display the name of my own business instead it just displays the area code & phone number of my business line.

We are here to help, and we want to make sure you can enjoy the features of your device. An incoming caller's information may be displayed if they are sharing it, but if they have not opted to share that information on outgoing calls, it may not appear on your device. 

 

With regard to outgoing calls, you can edit your Share Name ID information, to show the name of your business. Click the link below for steps on how to update this information, so your business details can be transmitted when you make a call:  http://spr.ly/66093XsEX;
