Can Someone DECODE This VVM Mumbo Jumbo?

Hello,
I am thoroughly confused! I have had considerable VM problems, mostly lack of notifications or the "Something Went Wrong" error message.
Now when I get a VM I get a notification that VM activities received. Tapping on the notification gets to the following screen:
Based on this message it looks like it is trying to set me up for the PREMIUM VVM which I DO NOT want because it costs extra. All I want and need is the BASIC VVM which is free.
Can anyone shed any light on this message and how I should respond to it? How do I get the basic VVM?

Steve_Sr, we certainly want to further investigate your concerns. The screenshot that you shared does appear to be offering/suggesting the Premium Visual Voicemail feature. When you click decline, does it take you back to your voicemails? Are you having any additional issues with your voicemail outside of this message?

Well, here is what happens if I hit "Decline"
Back to ground ZERO!
BTW, this is on PREPAID which isn't supposed to support VVM on Android.
Yes, I have been having continual VM issues. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. No rhyme or reason!
