Anybody else having this problem today? I'm on there every day, but today it wanted my login info and absolutely won't log me in. It sends me a 6 digit pin the after that says an error occurred and starts over. Tried deleting/ reinstalling, tried clearing cache, no luck.
Hi Coreymccraw, we understand how important it is to be able to access your Smart Family account, sorry to hear you're running into trouble. Do you get the same issue if it's from a computer or mobile? Are there any other parent devices that are able to log in?
