For what we all pay, (I’m currently paying over $200 for 2 lines, and a watch that you insist I have another line for) what do you not honor your loyal customers?  Everything is about getting a good deal for adding another line or for new customers. NOTHING FOR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. What happened to the upgrades?  What happened to the legit discounts?  I asked and was offered $5 off a month, which is completely laughable. GIVE US A REASON TO STAY LOYAL TO YOU!!
