Customer service used to be excellent but No longer. The store in Hudson WI. wont even talk to you unless you have an appointment. “ call Verizon it’s your question” They wont answer the phone so you can make the appointment. We drive twenty five minutes north to the New Richmond WI. Store for service. There they are welcoming, friendly and have knowledgeable employees, Customer service left the building in Hudson.
