Disney+/Hulu/Max Bundle

We have the Disney+/Hulu/ESPN bundle, but we don’t ever use ESPN. Is there going to be an option to switch it to the new bundle that includes Max instead of ESPN? That option would work so much better for us

Was wondering the same thing, I have no use for ESPN and Max would be a big improvement to this bundle.

Happy Friday! Thanks for the feedback. No option has been implemented to swap ESPN for Max. However, we appreciate the input. Your request is taken seriously, and your voice will be heard as Verizon always looks to improve.

Thanks for being the best part of Verizon.

ESPN+ is literally the most useless streaming platform in existence. Honestly, it stings that as a longtime, loyal customer, you get stuck with something when there are better options available to newer subscribers. Just my opinion, but it makes it difficult to feel appreciated.

Considering it's a 3rd party running the service, has anyone tried cancelling the perk in your account and then going to the website of the streaming service directly to sign up for the other package?

Sorry I had an issue but we figured it out.   Didn't know that some Hulu content is now on Disney Plus and that is why  we were seeing ads. Regular Disney content is still no ads.  Noone knew to tell me that I just happened to see when I pressed start something about this is Hulu content or something like that. But now the Legacy plan is going from $18.99 to $21.99 so will our bills go up $3?

Rose4uKY, glad you cleared that up 🙂 With regards to Disney pricing, the price is only changing if you're paying for Disney+ as a seperately billed charged on your VZ bill. If the cost of Disney+/Bundle is covered by Verizon as part of your plan, or if you're using the $10 a month Disney Perk, then your cost doesn't change. As long as the Disney option is INCLUDED in the cost of your plan, nothing changes price wise.

Only if Disney+ is being billed at a monthly charge, on your bill under a older plan, does that price change come into play. My account for example, I'm being billed $18.99 a month, so it's going to change soon for me for example. If you have the Disney+/Bundle included with your plan, or you're using the $10 Disney Perk, nothing is changing.

If you have any other quesitons, just let us know 🙂
