Disney Hulu bundle

I have been trying to activate my Hulu for my Disney bundle for over 5 months. I have called Verizon countless times and spent too many hours on phone with them trying to fix. They have been zero help. Verizon employees have promised to call me back with help but no one has ever called me back. I call back and waste more time in endless loop and Verizon still has no solutions.Verizon just says they are working on it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I have gotten countless error messages. I have worked with over 5 different Verizon reps. They all have me repeat endless loop of  trying to activate Hulu. I have tried on 3 tvs, iPad, iPhone, and lap top. Verizon has had me change email,and passwords. Verizon has had me talk to Disney and Hulu. Verizon has promised to call me back from 3 different reps and no one ever has.
