Disney bundle not working

When I activated my Disney bundle I put the right password and email and I gave it time to activate but when I try to watch Hulu it says problem charging credit card

You will need to change the password on the Disney+ side to access the account. Make sure you're doing this change on the account with the same email you used to sign up for Disney+ on My Verizon.
