Disney+ perk issue

I added the disney+ bundle perk to my Verizon account when I started my phone service( in September 2025). They activated my perk at the store without adding my email, and now I cannot redeem my perk. I'm not sure what to do. The travel back to the store just for figuring out this perk seems unnecessary.

Is the perk showing up in My Verizon under your perks? Maybe whatever the store employee was doing, if your contact information wasn't complete, didn't go anywhere, so you don't actually have it. I'm prepaid, so can't get these perks, but seems like you should be able to subscribe to it yourself by adding the perk in your account. If you previously had a Disney subscription independently, cancel the independent one first or it will cause a conflict when you try to sign up through Verizon.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
