Free TV promotion

After multiple calls and chats and being told it has been escalated and in 3 days I would have my code ,  days later I have yet to hear anything and still don't have the way to redeem my tv. Verizon seems to run these promotions but don't honor them and keep "escalating" to make you run out of time for redeeming
