Spoke with customer service and they said that the Verizon store was wrong about getting TV. Good luck getting the TV to anyone else who was promised this. I'm calling the BBB regarding the issue and a investigator in the states attorney office in Florida!!

I contacted the BBB and all I've gotten in response we is an email stating they are investigating it and I will hear back in 3-5 days 

3-5 days seems to be their typical response to put their customers off
