Several months ago I switched my mobile service from another company to Verizon. At the time Verizon was running a special for the phone and plan I was buying that I would get the Disney+, HULU, and ESPN+ bundle free for the first year I believe it is. Everything connected great. I never had Disney+ or ESPN+ before so that was no issue. However, I did have Hulu already when I accepted the plan that Verizon was offering. I continue to be billed for Hulu through APPLE Subscription services. Am I ok to cancel Hulu through apple and know that it will still work through my Verizon bundle offering? This is why I havenโt canceled the apple billed Hulu subscription because Iโm so worried it will cancel it all and then I wonโt get the original offer from Verizon again. Please help if you can. I just need to know since Iโve already activated my #Verizon offered #Disney #hulu #bundle then can I cancel my apple #subscription? Thanks!!!

Welcome to the Verizon family, jwatson6421. The Disney Bundle is something me and my family also enjoy very much. My wife was also an existing subscriber to Hulu, so I had a similar experience as you. The great news is that we can help. For details on what specifically to do to keep enjoying Hulu, without the 3rd party subscription charge from Apple, please see #5 under "Existing Disney+, Hulu, or ESPN+ subscribers" here: https://www.verizon.com/support/disney-bundle-faqs/
Let me know if those steps help.

I have been trying FOR MONTHS to cancel the Disney Bundle. There is NOTHING on your APP or internet account that gives you this option...only an add streaming service which doesn't work either. We have spent HOURS over the last 3 months trying to resolve this issue. About ready to call T-Moble.

Scsa0301, we're sorry to hear that you're still being billed for your Hulu account. We're not able to make any changes to what's being charged, and we recommend reaching out to Hulu directly so they can cancel those payments and make sure their service is linked to your Verizon Disney Bundle. Here's a link to their help center so you can reach out to them: https://help.hulu.com/
