I have been a Customer with Verizon for7 years .I can't get anything compared to what they offer their new customers..They will say a phone on us .Then when I go to get the phone they want me to put down 1500 that not on us ..I have 4 phone lines and can't even get a free upgrade when I have given literally thousands of dollars to Verizon .They don't care about the customers that have been there long ..When you say a phone on us that's what it should mean ..I should not at this point haven't been offered free upgrades..Verizon only about business not making their customers happy. What are the incentives for long time customers. I see T Mobile have lots of deals for their loyal customers my sister have them and always getting free things ..Maybe it's time to switch ..
