I upgraded a phone on my account as well as the plan as I was PROMISED that in 24 hours I would recieve a code for the NFL Sunday Ticket in my email, 15 days has passed and still nothing, I called support they told me to wait a week as the emails hadn't rolled out yet but that there was also a support Ticket in place for me if I didn't receive one, call about my support Ticket and they had no clue what I was talking about and sent me to tech support instead of the proper department
Hello, CrazyFarm8, we know it's important to et access to Sunday Ticket ASAP. With your order, was a phone and new plan ordered for one line on your account? You mentioned a ticket as well. Were you provided a ticket number when reaching out to us about the original ticket?
