NFL Sunday Ticket???

When I purchased my phone last year, I was told that I would receive a promo subscription for NFL Sunday ticket. After months of trying to activate the promo, I gave up trying and just assumed it was another situation where Verizon is taking advantage of their customers. Today, I received an email from Verizon stating that I have been charged to renew NFL Sunday ticket. The price is $350 plus fees.

Verizon rep just told me, "Take it up with Youtube. We're not giving you your money back. It's your problem now."

Hello mbondi. We're sorry you experienced issues with the promotion. Can you please elaborate further on the situation? We want to help in any way we can.

I spent a long time last year trying to access the promotion. Last week, I received an email that I was being charged $350 for renewal of the NFL Sunday Ticket service...something I did not agree to.  I still cannot access it.  The email I received was from Verizon, but no one at Verizon customer service is willing to help. They just say to take it up with Youtube.

Can you dispute the charge with your credit card company?  If Verizon or YouTube/Google won't help...  This sounds like one of those things where you got a year's subscription for free and then it auto-renews at whatever the annual subscription rate is.  The only other thing I can think of to try is to login to your Google account on a computer and get to YouTube from there and see if the subscription is in there in the YouTube account and cancel it from there.

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Very deceptive too, since I got an email a month later todaysaying my nfl package was canceled after they tried to auto renew. Aha sucker's.
