NFL+ not working

I can no longer access the NFL+ Premium.  It worked glitchy for weeks but now It acts like I don't have. membership. I  contactedt support from NFL+ and NFL.com but they referred me to Verizon once we verified there were no changes made to my NFL account that would've impacted my subscription. In Verizon the subscription still shows active but still no access.  I want a prorated refund and our complete cancellation. I'm super irritated at this point and won't use this service through Verizon every again.

I'm having the same problem!!

I find your response with "quotes "not very respectful.  This is insulting to my intelligence to navigate an issue in the pubic forum.  This is happening to lots of people and not a " one off-glitch". I am very technologically proficient as I activated the service as is instructed. The service randomly stopped working after over a month of usage. The burden is on your company to provide the service paid for, or reimburse us. In fact, since service has been disrupted for nearly a 4th of the season ,I  should be reimbursed upon your company's failure, and subpart customer service..

I having this issue since last Sunday. My issue was supposed to be escalated but I have yet to hear back on a fix. This is occuring across all my devices (Laptop Smart TV and phone). When I click on the NFL + link from the manage  + play site. It shows I have an active subscription but when I click Go to NFL + > (https://id.nfl.com/subscriptions) which is the link in ()

Yep that's my exact same problem. Super annoying. I will file a legal claim if there isn't some remittance on their own for 1) not rendering a service 2) being negligent in response considering the volume of complaints.

mjdaly11, I'm sorry that you've been having some trouble there with the NFL+. My brother and brother-in-law are the football fans in the family, and I get how they are when they can't watch a game they want to check out. I've sent a Private Note so I can get some more details.

I am having the same issue. I got it to work when I initially signed up for a week or so, but now, I can't access NFL Plus Premium. Please, please help. I'm missing so many games.

Hello Verizon rep. I have spoken with agents about this and each time I either get transferred to the wrong team e.g. YouTube TV support or someone promises to call back with a supervisor.....still waiting or I get disconnected without a call back. Which you know my # no reason for no call back. 

This issue is still ongoing for me and others. What are you doing to resolve this issue? Suggestions; 1 Deactivate and reactivate the subscription....see if that works. 2. Verify the email address associated with the service. 3 Verizon (You) open a ticket with NFL support. I was directed to take that action and have but have not heard anything. Next step I guess will be to go to social media to ensure that others understand how completely ineffective Verizon has been in resolving issues for a service that they sale.  Lastly if you don't care about this issue simply give us an avenue to get a refund so we can go elsewhere.

yes mines isn’t working either and I paid my money and it’s not cool. There are so many football games and I’m missing them but paying for it!!

Same issue, no NFL+ Premium;  on any apps.  PC, IPAD, ROKU, Android.  This been a couple weeks now.   When I sign in to my NFL account and click on NFL+, it prompts me to subscribe.  Opened a ticket with NFL+, and their response is to contact the third party I purchased it from.  I have sent them receipts of my purchase; the yearly plan.
