For three weeks now I've had to refresh the voicemail app to get my messages. I cleared the data in the app at the direction of tech support. I opened the voicemail app and now all I see is a message stating you have new messages and then there's a button the says call voicemail.
I just want to get the messages restored back to the voicemail app. Then I want to get the voicemail app working so I don't have to refresh it manually everyday.
