When I first got the phone a few months ago, there was visual voicemail. At some point it disappeared. There's only the basic voicemail option in phone app settings. I have an app from the prior carrier, which of is useless. Ideas?
Based on the details that you have provided, the device was not purchased from Verizon and is not able to have Visual Voicemail set up on the device. ~Peter
