We have multiple employees managing our business text messages via the One Talk app. It would be SO helpful to be able to open a text to read it, and then mark it as "UNREAD" to leave it for another employee to handle. Or just to check to see if it's time sensitive and if not, mark it "UNREAD" to save for later! Even if not unread, the ability to flag a text message in any way would be a huge help.
