Peacock netflix on us

I’ve been trying to sign up for  Peacock netflix bogo. Everytime I call I get different information last I was told the rep said I was eligible and nobody knows why it disappears after selecting deal. As of today it doesn’t even say “get it now”. It’s almost as false advertisement.  It’s very time consuming calling and getting no answers for a promotion that is listed on the verizon website. Can someone please help and please get the correct information to customer service reps so the customer isn’t wasting their time.  I have 2 tickets but so far no resolution.  Thank you

Hi Firefly2024, I'm sorry there have been so many issues with trying to get answers to your eligibility. Here are the full terms and conditions from https://www.verizon.com/plusplay/pdp/buy-peacock-get-netflix/:

One (1) year Netflix Premium offer period begins from time of purchase and activation of Peacock Premium; One (1) Netflix offer per eligible Verizon account. This promotional offer is non-refundable. Offer only applies to new subscribers of Peacock and new and existing subscribers of Netflix. You will be billed the full cost of Peacock Premium upfront; after one year, you will be billed monthly at $7.99 plus taxes (or the then-current rate) for Peacock Premium unless you cancel. After one year Netflix promo period, you will be billed monthly at $22.99 plus taxes (or the then-current rate) for Netflix Premium unless you cancel. Add’l terms apply. Manage your services anytime in +play Manage dashboard. Limited-time offer; while supplies last.

Additionally, if you have ever had any other Netflix promotions you would not be eligible, this is part of their Terms and Conditions that you cannot do more than one promotion. This would include the earlier ShowTime/Netflix promotion we offered.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Good luck. I’m done with Verizon.  I put in a ticket because I couldn’t see the offer and they told me today because I pay monthly for Netflix I didn’t qualify. The joke is Verizon sat on the ticket and if I had canceled it that day I could get the offer before it ends on 8/31. Verizon screwed me out of Netflix because their staff is incompetent and sat on a ticket for 5 business days. Going back to T-Mobile.

I saw this offer on slickdeals and like you I couldn't get it to work. I looked thru the slickdeal comments, saw this and it worked for me:

"Finally got it to work. I am a long time Verizon FIOS Triple Play customer (TV, Internet, Landline), and had the same problems everyone else is reporting with the error messages, credit card not saving and the grayed out box making it impossible to accept the terms. Here is what I did.

-Download the "My Verizon" App.
-Open the App and Login with your Verizon Fios info.
-Click "Account" at the bottom
-Click "Bills"
-Scroll down and click "Saved Payment Methods"
-Click "Add Payment Method" and enter your credit card info.
-Make sure to save the info and Click Continue

-Now leave the App, open your browser and go to the Verizon +play website
-Then click the Peacock/Netflix offer.
-This time the credit card you just saved should be listed in the Payment Methods section.
-First I chose to Edit my Billing Address because even though the address might look correct, the First and Last name did not save. So edit your address to ensure your First and Last name are included. Then save and continue.
-Then select your credit card in the Payment Methods section, and again Click the Save and Continue button.
-NOW the checkbox at the bottom of the page should be clickable! So check the box and click the button to submit your order.
-Now just go to the "Manage" section of the +play website to link your existing (or create new) Peacock and Netflix accounts.
-Don't forgot the mark your Calendar to Cancel your services before the 1 Year Ends. You can Cancel via the +play website under the "Manage" section.

Note 1 - You MIGHT be able to add your payment type on the Verizon website without using the app, but it does not appear to save it unless you submit a 1 time payment at the same time. I could not do this because I am already setup with Autopay and I got a message saying I would lose that discount if I did that. So that is why the App is needed.

Note 2 - While I was able to see my newly saved credit card info on the +play website right away, you might need to wait 15 minutes or so for it to show up. So don't get discouraged if it's not there right away.

I have been fighting with this website for the past week trying to figure this out. Glad it is finally done. I hope this helps someone else."
