Perk Activation

Apple One Perk does not activate. Have spent countless hours with support but they are useless. Clearly an  IT issue and multiple users have been seeing it on this forum (for different perks not just Apple One) with no help at all from customer support who have just been going in circles and asking for more information.

On the app and multiple browsers, when I try to manage Keep getting the error message

"We're processing your request. It may take additional time to complete. Refresh this page for current status"

Also tried using this link below from support but received the error message “This phone number could not be be verified for this subscription. Please contact Verizon for help”

Please escalate to someone who knows IT as this is clearly a glitch - I am very frustrated with the time spent with support without resolving this issue.

Good morning Kvashi! Thank you for reaching out and provide details of the dilemma you have experienced trying to set up Apple One. Let' figure out where the breakdown is with activating your Apple One and connecting this Apple subscription to Verizon. Are you working from your mobile device or on a computer browser? Please reply to the following private message so we can get into account specific details.

Yes I am on my iPhone. So sick of speaking to support. Can you just escalate this issue to your IT department. I don’t want to go through the same troubleshooting another time

Hello again Kvashi. We can step the Apple One Perk activation. My own experience was seamless when setting up and converting existing Apple subscriptions, such as iCloud and Apple TV, to the Verizon Apple One Perk. I would recommend we troubleshoot further when we get into the account.

Bro, you know how frustrating this has been!?! I’ve tried to tell Verizon I want to leave and they keep taking me through the same silly troubleshooting steps… so frustrating!
