Phone calls won’t go through

My dad has been calling and texting me these past few weeks and the texts are the only ones coming through. The calls just goes straight to the Verizon wireless message and does not show up on my phone as a missed call. He is the only one which cannot call me.

I need help with this ASAP

What make/model phone do you have?  Does your Dad have Verizon service and what make/model phone is he using?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

Hoode426, I talk to my mom every day so I can only imagine your concern with his calls not connecting with you. Let's gather some additional details to understand and work towards a resolution. What type of phone do you have? You mentioned that it goes straight ot a Verizon Wireless message, can you share with us what message he hears when he calls you? Do you have issues with receiving calls from any other contacts or just from your Dad? Has he mentioned having issues calling anyone else or only issues with calling to your number? I have iPhone SE 2022 and my dad is the only contact showing problems. And the message is not my voicemail but it goes like this call cannot be completed or something like that. Thank you!

Thank you for the insights. Please tell us, is your device software up to date? Have you attempted to delete the contact and added back saved with area code and full number?
