I purchased 2 new phones with 2 new lines and qualified for a $200 rebate that I need to redeem by Nov 18th. My receipt shows the $200 rebate qualification with a link to a page that asks me for my rebate code and date of purchase. I have not received an email with the rebate code or a notification with that information. This seems to be a common issue for people who have qualified for a gift card or rebate. As a valued customer with a history of 2 lines on the most expensive plan I would be grateful to get the promotion I was promised with my two additional lines and phones.

Yes I received the rebate for a new line on the unlimited ultimate plan. My order was placed on 9/19.

I had two existing lines on the 5g play more plans. I opened up two brand new lines. One line being the unlimited ultimate which qualifies me for the $200 rebate. The rebate is shown on my receipt with a link that takes me to the page that asks for the rebate and date of purchase. I just need to know the rebate code to enter. I did not receive and email or notification in my Verizon app. Thank you.
