I switched to an iPhone 16 Pro Max on Nov 19th. I had to upgrade my plan to get the new phone . My old plan included Apple Arcade (which I never used) and Apple Music. Without asking Verizon enrolled me in Apple Arcade for $6.99 a month. The next day I tired to remove it from Perks on the website and I got an error message "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later." when I confirmed to remove the perks. The next day, Nov 20, I called customer service waited 25+min to get a rep and she told me there was a problem on their end and within 24 hours I would be un-enrolled . Last week my bill came and I was charged for Apple Arcade, it hadn't been removed from my account. Yesterday I called and waited 30min to get a rep and he assured me he had un-enrolled me in Apple Arcade and on his end it showed it wasn't Ono my account. This morning I checked online and I;m still enrolled in Apple Arcade at $6.99 a month. How do I get Verizon to remove that from my account if customer service can't do it? Please Help.
