Promised a Samsung TV back in March. Rep said after 3 months it would be sent. Didn’t tell me to expect an email or to go on the app to redeem it. Now it’s apparently expired and I’m out of luck. They said they sent several emails and gave me the “sent date” (no email). Why would they email instead of texting the message? I get so much rubbish promotional email from Verizon that I quit reading it. Pretty annoyed.
