The roadside assistance was not a good experience for me. The tow truck never came yet. I was billed for a towing charge. I have not received a refund and it’s been three weeks now. I think it was very unprofessional the way it was handled. I could not get in touch with the tow truck driver and the driver never contacted me, I’m just thankful I was able to get home from my stranded vehicle. Has anyone else had this problem with the roadside service?
