I have been with verizon since it was airtouch. I had, and I say had, Roadside service on all my lines, I have 9. I went to use it today and found out that the service doesn't cover my car because it requires skids to be towed if it can't get into neutral. I had to pay a total of $200 to get it towed. I guess if you own a car that won't start, thus why need a tow truck, then you have to pay extra if it won't go into neutral.
