Service in 55712

Our service is horrible lately at our home 55712 should I switch to ATT which works great here or can you increase our cell service so we can talk on phone and stay off SOS?

half way between 55704 and 55712 and service is horrendous at best

Annestitt, I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with service. It'd be upsetting to see you make a change, without taking a look at things. When you're experincing issues with coverage indoors, the best solution is Wi-Fi Calling. Wi-Fi Calling makes use of your home internet to act like an internal cell and route your call to the network. If you've not tried using that, I'd highly recommend doing so. As for the other areas you mentioned, can you share more details on what's happening there?

I have wifi calling activated and I still canโ€™t receive calls, and 75% of the time I get โ€œcall failedโ€ when I try to dial out. This began happening to my wife and me about two months ago. We both have iPhone 15 pro. What else can we do?
