Services & Perks Netflix/Max Account stuck on pending

Hi,

I enrolled in the Netflix/Max(with adds) for $10 under the service and perks. Originally,  I was having trouble logging into my HBO Max account. For some reason, it showed that I was logged in already. Even though I signed out of my account prior to registering the account. I also tried  registering from a different device, deleting and reinstalling the Verizon app,  and clearing my cookies, data, and browser history. It somehow automatically shows me as logged in even though I never went through the log in  process. . And now I can’t link my account to Verizon. I would make sure that I am completely signed out and try to start the registration process again. Before starting to register, I needed to click Refresh. My other issue is that once clicked refresh to try to refresh, it is now stuck in pending. It’s been stuck in pending ever since. Can any one help or have they ran into this issue?

JusCoolin04, thank you for sharing these details with us. We understand how important it is to be able to complete the process of setting up these exciting additions to your account. Did you ever have a prior Netflix or Max account? If so, are you using the same email address or a different email address? Can you share more with us about where it is showing you still logged in at? Is pending still currently showing on your account?

Hi Andi,

Yes, I had an existing account prior. I used the same exact email for both. I was able to successfully link my Netflix account to my Verizon account. However, Max I was unable to link the account. It still shows as pending under Service & Perks.
