Smart Family Issues After App Update

I am having several issues since the smart family app has updated.

1. I keep getting the message “your child’s device isn’t responding….” but shows paired on both parent and child’s phone.  We have deleted and reinstalled but no luck.

2. Haven’t been able to see child’s web and data activity for 5 days now. It had been sporadic since the update but now nothing. We can see his location.

Have others had these issues? What is being done for a new update fixing the bugs? It’s very frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t work well.

We understand the importance of making sure your Smart Family app is working properly. Have you tried making sure all restrictions are still set in place after the update? Is the companion app also up to date?~Geo

I have the exact same issue. It also takes almost 24 hours to show all the trips made. My time is also off by a whole hour. I really do not like paying 10.00 for an app that no longer works.
