Smart Family Not Working

The smart family app is not working at all on my kid's phones. I have access times set up to where they should be blocked during school hours (with exception to trusted contacts) and after a certain time at night and they are still able to text and access internet or apps. I even blocked access to internet and it still failed to stop them from accessing anything. It doesn't appear that the Smart Family app is of any use lately, considering it doesn't even reflect the actual utilization of their phones. For the last 7 days my teenage daughter shows only sending 2 text messages! When I tested it against Bark...it was 1,407 +. I hope this gets fixed very soon.

We're sorry for the issues you're having with the Smart Family application. Please take a look at the following link for additional information on how to set up the blocks you need for your children's lines: https://www.verizonwireless.com/content/support_rd/how_to_use/how-to-use-verizon-smart-family.deskto....

I appreciate your response, however, I am very familiar with how the child companion/smart family app work. I've used it since the beginning when my kids were allowed to have phones. What I am saying (and I believe MANY MANY others based on what I'm reading) is that there is a bug in your app preventing it from operating properly. The blocks are not working; the restrictions are not working at all, despite being paired. I've had to resort to a 3rd party application (Bark for those struggling with this) and it seems to be working just fine. Please fix your app so that it works in the way your "how to articles" define.
