Smart Family boundaries not working

I should get a notification notice every time my son leaves and arrives at school or at home. We get 0. We do have the new app installed on both phones and since Saturday at 8:28PM it isn't working. I still get his location when I pull it up, the boundary notifications are failing.  Any idea how to fix? I have been through all parent and child phones, requested updates, made sure permissions are correct and I get nothing.

I went through the whole private message with support. I didn't have access to my child's phone at the time.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, restarted my wife's phone, checked for updates on my son's phone (none).  It started working immediately after I uninstalled and reinstalled on my phone.  Both parent phones worked. We received the notifications. Yesterday, my wife got one notification and after he left the house! Now it isn't working at all!  AGAIN!
