Ever since the "new app"....Smart Family has worked for a day or so...then doesn't ... doesn't accurately give locations, and doesn't track internet usage (has said our son hasn't been on the internet for days, when I know he has).....Verizon has been ZERO help in this -- all they say is "uninstall, reinstall etc... which we've done 5 times in the past 2 weeks)... does anyone out there have a better app that they've seen which will do the same things and be more reliable?
