Smart Family restrictions remain after removing them

A couple weeks ago I had to delete the Smart Family Companion app because even my mom changed my weekend night restrictions (11PM-6AM) to apply to Thursday night since I was off from school the following day, my internet was still shut off at 10PM, my weeknight schedule. We set the VPN back up, and the same issue is happening. She sets it so my internet turns off at 11 on Wed and Thurs, but it still turns off at 10. I tried restarting, removing the restriction and putting it back, offloading the companion app, and nothing works. Can anyone help?

beefdude198237, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with usage restrictions set up through Verizon Smart Family. To clarify, VPNs can interfere with usage restrictions. We'd be happy to help right away, and will be sending a Private Note to better assist.
