We have installed the smart family companion app recently. It shows that everything is paired. The mobile tracking and location services all work fine. When I block apps it isn’t blocking anything. And when i set the nighttime hours they can still use everything on their phone. Why is this happening?

Hi there, Tb54. We definitely want to make sure that the Smart Family feature is working properly. Please tell us, are both devices' software up to date? Have you tried uninstalling and installing the apps on both devices again?
