Smart family

Question

I get notifications that my child sent and received text but on the app it is showing nothing was sent. What is going on both apps are updated.  Is there a glitch. I’ve had this service for about a month or two should I cancel and find something else? I noticed other people have the same issue

Good morning. We're sorry to hear that the Smart Family service isn't showing the scent and received texts. Is your child using an iPhone and iMessage?
