It doesn’t let me redeem my tv or claim the offer just gives me all the directions but it doesn’t give me the option to claim I’ve been trying for a long time now

I got the free 65in Amazon fire omni 4k for free with new service with unlimited plus and 5g phone . This issue has been escalated once because I didn’t even have the redeem tile on my account now I do but it won’t let me claim it n the customer service agent was suppose to text or email but didnt

Good luck I redeemed mine on April 18th and I still have not received it and have been given 3 different dates of when I would I mean how can you get a message from Verizon saying thank you for redeeming your 65 inch tv and never fill the order

And the cs reps are not putting in the information about my tv redemption email but only about email verification. Why would I keep calling for email verification that’s wild.
