Back in Jan 2024 I upgraded my phone plan with Verizon and switched to their wifi..don't do cheaper but not good.
Anyway said I had to claim by end of March. I called and they told me I was not eli8for that pro.otion even though agent gave me the receipt and told me niot to lose. I called again and I should go to my verizon account and fill out this form. I dod not see where there was any form to fill out. They ripped me off. I have been with Verizon mobile well over 20 years and this is how they treat me. Thei wifi is a 5g package of junk.
