Unable to cancel Google Play Pass

I've tried for the past month to cancel the Google Play Pass that I had a free trial for, however initially I kept getting some technical error message saying there was an active transaction on my account and I needed to try again. Now, that message is gone but the Cancel Subscription link is inactive

How can I cancel the subscription if Verizon won't let me, and Google says I need to manage the subscription through the 3rd party... which is Verizon, who won't let me cancel?

Our family has been charged for Google Play Pass for a few months and I can't figure out which family member's account is signed up for it (I've checked all accounts on all phones). My husband called verizon to get it canceled and they gave us a partial refund for one month. And now this month we were charged again. This shouldn't be this hard!

Thanks for the tip, but Google Play Pass is not listed under our perks, therefore I can't cancel it.
