Unable to cancel disney bundle ** being charged every month ** Please HELP VERIZON**

Hi, I am finding a recurring charge of $21.99 Disney bundle that shows up in my account.
I was on chat with verizon chat agents and they mention that its through a 3rd party service and they are unable to cancel it from their end.
I logged into disney+ site and I find in the Account Page "
Verizon Subscription"
In Disney+ it says to call verizon.
I need help! how can I cancel this recurring charge? My last resort would be to cancel verizon service.

Is it possible the Disney bundle is part of a promotion you received? If so, you have to keep it until the promo period ends. I don't remember where I saw it in the forums, but someone had a screenshot of something similar and underneath their perk it had a time range. If your Disney Bundle is like that when you view your perks, then you have to hang on to it until the time range has passed before you can cancel it.
