I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with your recent action of installing TEMU on my phone without my permission. This app has been reported to collect personal data compromising their privacy and security of my device. I find this app to be intrusive, unnecessary, and unacceptable.
I request that you immediately remove this app from my phone and from all other Verizon customersโ phones. I also request that you stop installing any apps on usersโ devices without their consent and provide them with a clear and easy way to uninstall or disable any unwanted apps. I value your service, but I also value my choice and control over my own device. Please respect your customersโ rights and preferences and refrain from such actions in the future

Uninstall the TEMU and whatever else you don't want, then disable Verizon App Manager. Unfortunately, you can't uninstall the App Manager because it's a part of the carrier software and you're going to have to disable it after any software updates get pushed.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I'm more than disappointed, Verizon. I would NEVER install TEMU on my phone. Thankfully my anti virus software notified me and I uninstalled it immediately.
I expect a Verizon software update to ONLY install software required for cellular communication -- not adware, not malware, not games -- programs supporting functionality of the phone.

You can uninstall apps through your device's settings. For specific directions, please let me know what kind of phone you have.

I love Verizon's non answer to this problem. It's a huge breach of trust to push third party apps to people's phones. The Verizon malware is bad enough.
