I downloaded the Verizon Smart Family to set restrictions on my son's phone. Everything seemed to go smoothly. The next day, I got a message saying his companion wasn't set up completely, yet what I was being instructed to do, wasn't showing on his phone. Restrictions kicked in that I didn't even set!!! I deactivated the Smart Family and restarted both phones several times and tried to reinstall it, to no avail. I deactivated and deleted it from both phones and restarted both phones again. The restrictions are still in place and lock his phone at a time I didn't even set. We did a factory reset in hopes of it clearing the restrictions out, but his phone locked up again!!! I wasted 1 1/2 hours on the phone with tech support rep that was worthless!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
