Why can we not create a separate login for my husband using the Smart Family app? 

Yes, he is an account manager and can make changes to things on the account. Yes he is set up as a parent in the smart family app. 

But the only way he can use the app on his own phone is if he uses my login information, which is completely fine with me up until now. 

We talked about using the features for tracking location of everyone but he isn't able to share his location bc he doesn't have his own login information. Only information he can make changes to is things regarding the kids like restrictions and what not. 

How can I make it so he has his own login information?

To add to this, now that I think about it, he can't even login to the my Verizon app to lookup or pay either the home bill or the wireless bill. 

He tries using my login information but after he hits the sign in button after entering username and password a message pops up saying he's been locked out for too many attempts of trying to login. Which makes no sense bc either of us has logged in yet that day. Doesn't matter when he does it, morning or night, he always gets the "too many attempts" message.

When he tries to login using the information he created it just sends him through a nasty verification circle that neither of us can seem to get to stop. 

I don't get it. It doesn't even matter what device he is using he can't get into the Verizon account from either app and when he does it's by using my login information and he can't do things like share his location.
