Verizon customer service is HORRIBLE.

I want what I paid for. I got the Starz annual subscription with Netflix for a year for free. Starz works netflix doesnt. I've spent 19 hours just on the phone with Verizon customer service not including any of the time I spent on countless chats and all the time I've spent trying to find a fix. I have 2 degrees in the computer field so yes I know what I'm doing. The 19 hours 53 minutes was from 11 calls over a week period. EVERY call said I'd get a call back, but guess what? I never got a single call, notification, or email back. I'm self employed and the time I spent on the phone with you'll to tell me youre callling me back within 24 hours 11 seperate times (which obviously was a lie to hang up on me). I pay top dollar for all my services through you'll. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm self employed and thats easly 3 full days of work so yes I believe thats grounds for some type of compensation. So I'm going to give youll 72 hours to do one of the following

1. Activate my netflix account and credit me for all the trouble I've been through.

2. Refund me and credit me for my troubles.

3. Refund me and let me keep the Starz subscription.

Every DM/PM will be posted here as well will any communcation between  Verizon and I so the community can see what im seeing. I also have EVERY call recorded incase anyone wants to hear it. They don't know what they're doing at all nor do they give a care. I've only been with you'll a month and I'm definitely moving to a different carrier unless you'll get it together ASAP.
