how much longer is cxLoyalty going to be down? I called verizon about this 2 weeks ago and I was told by that Monday it would be back up and going.
Hey there, we know it's important to be able to trade in your Verizon Dollars! Are you still running into an issue with redeeming a gift card? If so, what happens when trying to do this? Is this happening in the app and on the website?
