Why did Verizon ruin their rewards program? Verizon up is terrible. I used to bank what I earned for a new device but they got rid of that. Then I would get a 5 dollar coupon for a movie and that was taken away. It is absolutely worthless to me and they have raised my bill twice in the last 3 months. I don’t think this is going to concern me much longer.
