On Monday, I got a phone call and I let it go to voice mail. When I went to listen to it, I get a message saying "The voice mail box is temporarily unavailable, please try again later". I now have 4 voice mails that I can't listen to. What is going on and how to I fix it? This just started within the past week.

Are you using the Visual voicemail feature within the Phone application or are you calling *86 to access your voicemail?

I've tried both ways. I've dialed *86 and using the voicemail within my contacts and both go to the same message.

We're here to help with your voicemail concern. Have you tried calling your voicemail by pressing and holding the number one? What happens when you do that? ~Peter
