Weak mobile data connection at home

During a recent extended power outage due to storms, our Internet service provider was out for about 36 hours. We tried to use our mobile phones as hotspots, but experienced extremely slow data connections. I called customer service several times to report the weak data signal.
I would like to ask Verizon to review and improve our data coverage, in case we need to use it in the future. What's the best way to report this?
