Which device gets 100Gb hotspot data allocation

I’ve an older plan: thinking of changing to the new myPlan. 
Have 3 devices on current plan:  iPhone, iPad, jet pack.

Were I to select the 100Gb hotspot Perk, to which of these 3 devices would the 100Gb be allocated?  Would it be the phone, or could I choose the iPad or the jet pack?

A desirable scenario might be that the iPhone had a basic 15Gb, the iPad also had a basic 15Gb (as they do now under the current plan), but the jet pack would get the entire “Perk,” thus allocating 100Gb to it.

Expanding the question.  The hotspot data, 30Gb for the unlimited plus or 60Gb for the unlimited ultimate, can I choose to which of the 3 devices the data is allocated?

The mobile hotspot perk can only be used with smartphones and basic phones. The Unlimited Ultimate and Unlimited Plus hotspot data pools would function on your smartphone as well. Here's a link with more info on the perk: https://www.verizon.com/support/hotspot-perk-faqs/
